The CAN CTA Fall 2016 All-Hands Collaboration Meeting will be in San Antonio, Texas, October 25-26, 2016. The entire meeting will be held at the Menger Hotel, in beautiful downtown San Antonio. All Principal Investigators are encouraged to attend but are not required.
Evening meals and lunches will be on your own however, there will also be one optional group dinner, at your own expense. Continental breakfast, light snacks, coffee, tea and water etc. will be available during the meetings. All hotel rooms will be at the per diem rate of $120.
We plan to have two full days of loosely structured meetings that we hope will foster free collaborative dialog as well as exploration of new and creative ideas. There is limited space for posters and demos. When registering please indicate if you want to present a poster/demo with the title included.
